You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

Email: info@hisou.de
by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
