1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at [hisou.de].
Our products are offered exclusively to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
An entrepreneur, within the meaning of these terms, is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract for these items.
You may place products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided in the order process.
The contract is concluded by clicking the order button, which constitutes a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart. You will immediately receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We do not store the contract text. Please save your order details and our terms independently.
4. Delivery Conditions
We deliver by shipping only to the delivery address provided during the order process.
Self-collection of goods is not possible.
Delivery to packing stations is not available.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
PayPal
To pay via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, log in using your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The amount will be charged immediately after the goods are dispatched.
PayPal Services (Credit Card, Giropay, Direct Debit)
In cooperation with PayPal, we offer additional payment methods that do not require a PayPal account:
Credit Card: You enter your card details, and PayPal charges your card.
Giropay: You will be redirected to the Giropay page and pay using online banking.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Transport Damage
Please report any obvious transport damage to the delivery service immediately upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible.
Failure to report such damage will not affect your statutory rights but will help us assert claims against the shipping provider.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
8.1 Statutory Liability for Defects
The statutory warranty rights apply.
8.2 Manufacturer Warranties
If applicable, information about any additional manufacturer warranties can be found directly with the respective product.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in the following cases:
injury to life, body, or health
intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
in the case of guaranteed characteristics
where liability is mandatory under product liability law
In the case of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
Otherwise, liability is excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
Ahipo & Ahipo GbR is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
